Barbados
Located in the Caribbean Sea, the island of Barbados is internationally distinguished for its rich and unmatched culture. Its brag-worthy cuisine spreads across the island's 166 square miles in the form of 400 diverse restaurants and food stalls, giving Barbados the name of the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean. The island is also recognized as the birthplace of rum, which was first exported in 1703 and is celebrated at the annual Barbados Rum and Food Festival. This is certainly not the only popular event taking place, as the Coral Island is also home to the annual Crop Over Festival, from which you can expect plenty of dancing, singing, drinking, celebrating and merriment.
